Day 29: Lights, Camera..

Did you guess where I have been the past few days?


Winchester, VA! I'm sure the hint about the annual competition to keep the tradition of Civil War era firearms totally gave it away.

Last night, I got to meet a grand old friend in Arlington for drinks and dinner. It was great fun and sure beat eating alone and moping around the hotel room like normal. Thanks Sharon!


Thanks to my sister-in-law, Marye-Virginia, for the lovely birthday scarf. It made me look way less boring.

So believe it or not, JTC redeemed himself from his lack of work at the beginning of the week (thanks to the dear hubby for documenting in my absence).

And we get to move out of the dining room and into the new room on Sunday, which is the best news I've heard all week.

But you know what the best part about today is? Tomorrow's Friday! Ole!
