Great Reads

Over Christmas, I finished the last book in the Hunger Games trilogy. Sad day! I don't know what I am going to do without some Katniss Everdeen in my life.



I am also sad that I missed the opportunity to be an extra when they filmed the movie in Hildebran. If you live in or around Morganton, do yourself a favor and begin stalking the set when it comes time to film movie #2.

Another book I recently finished is Half the Sky. Not quite as light of a read as the above, but you should definitely give it a shot. Teaches a lot about what happens to women in other parts of the world and how fortunate we are here in the US.
