Vegan?

Since we recently watched Forks Over Knives, we were motivated to try a vegan meal the other night (if you haven't seen it yet, you must watch). I mean this looks pretty delicious, right?

We had to add lots of Italian sausage to make it tasty, which of course slightly cancels out the whole vegan thing.

Could you be a vegan? Meat would be easiest for me to quit, but yogurt, cheese and ice cream?!
