Worst Project Ever

You know what the worst home improvement project ever is? Painting ceilings. The total pits. At least when you paint walls, you have a new room to admire. Painting ceilings creates little gratitude. And it consumes an entire day. The good news is that our living room and dining room ceilings are no longer marred with tons of black spots. How does that even happen anyways? Question added to my rolling list for former home-owners.

In other news, the husband put half the house up for sale on Craigslist. The corner chair in the living room was sold in less than 5 hours of its posting. Now we are on the major hunt for matching chairs to fill the hole. Lucky for me and my chair budget, husband is an excellent salesman. We bought the chair for $200 on Craigslist 2 yrs ago. Today we sold it for $280.
Imagine 2 matching chairs, side tables and a new lamp.
