Michael decided my bamboo skewer idea led to sub-par brass piece spray paint coverage and spent quite some time rigging up some fishing line and paper clips. Unfortunately the final 'clear' coat was actually white and splotchy. This means yet another coat of antique bronze = never ending project.
Recently, we purchased the below from Transit Damaged Freight (great place to go if you're local and in need of furniture for a deal!) for the entryway. Unfortunately it was just a tad too big. And non-returnable. Therefore, we relocated it to the kitchen and have turned it into a bar:

Then yesterday the little man and I took a trip to Sleepy Poet to find some accessories. After 2 slightly overwhelming hours of walking in circles and a nap for the little man, we walked out with some goodies:
